Gooseberry is a plant native to many parts of the world, including the  US. They favor cooler climates and  temperate montane locations, but grow well in warmer climates with some afternoon shade. For our Gooseberry Collection of 4 quart size plants, you get a range of cultivars to sample the unique flavor (a sweet-tart when ripe) and habit of the gooseberry.
