If you need to, you can leave a note for us at checkout in the order notes text box. This is especially useful if you have times you DO NOT want plants shipped to you (vacations, etc.)

Order Review Process
- We manually review all orders to ensure compatibility with your growing zones.
- Once you complete and pay for your order, you will receive a “New Order” email with an attached PDF.
- After reviewing your order, we will send a follow-up email with specific shipping time frame information.
- Please note, this process can take up to 10 days during our busy season from March to mid-June.
Small Order Fee
- Orders with cart totals less than $42 will be assessed a small order fee of $15.
UPS Delivery Date Changes
- Changing the UPS delivery date once your order has been shipped voids all warranties and plant guarantees.
- We ship plants to arrive as quickly as possible, and changing delivery dates can cause unnecessary delays.

Shipping Restrictions
- California: As of 3/09/2024, we can only ship quart size plants to California due to new protocols on lantern fly exclusion. We cannot ship any 2-gallon stock to California at this time.
- Oregon and Washington: We do not ship blueberry plants to Oregon and Washington due to state regulations.
