Amelanchier alnifolia “Regent” cultivar
organic quart potted plant 2 pack
Regent serviceberry is a saskatoon species selected for compact size and large, sweet berries. It is between 5-6′ tall and 3-4′ wide at maturity, and grows as a multi-stemmed shrub. This is a collection of two, potted, quart size Regent serviceberry plants. They are self pollinating, so do not need to be planted near each other. Minimum spacing should be 6′ between plants. They fruit best in full sun to half day sun; but will fruit in shadier locations, though there will likely be reduced yields in very shady locations. These plants are 2 years old, and will likely start showing a little fruiting between years 3 and 5, reaching full production by year 7 and onward.
Recommended in USDA growing zones 3-9.
FREE SHIPPING, 2 quart size plants per unit.
